  1. Surf Tour Surf Tour

    Our day is quite variable since we will have to adapt to the conditions of the water and the tide.
    Normally we will have two surf days, one very early in the morning since we can have less wind and better conditions. Between 05:45 am we will be at the Reef break. Around 06:00 am we will take a boat or water taxi with our captain for the day, Danni Deep, the last pirate of the Galapagos. The water taxi is called ”The Black Pearl”, we will go along the pier along the coast until we reach Tongo Reef, where there are three spots to take one of the best waves. The set has around 7-8 waves, where you can wait for the third, best and biggest. The frequency between waves will depend on the wind, but we estimate between 18 and 20 seconds each set.
    The second session will begin around 2:00 p.m. where we will aim to find the best spot, depending on the tide. Among the favorite places are Punta Carola or the Canyon, breaking a left wave and Punta Carola with waves of 2 to 4 meters and a duration between sets of 18 seconds.

    On the other hand, the Canyon has a right wave that has a Hawaii’s power wave with a spectacular tube where you can enjoy a soft wave and very well formed, however we must have an advanced level since the wave breaks considerably near the rocks, leaving surprised viewers.

    The mentioned places that are practiced surf are in the naval zone and being inside we must follow some steps to be able to enjoy a good practice of surfing.

    all surf spots are made up of reefs and volcanic rocks that make them perfect for riding a wave. At the same time you can also have a set that can measure between 2-5 meters.
