PAYMENT POLICIES
The payment policies described below are intended to establish the necessary guidelines to minimize the risks of losing money that in turn affect the maintenance of the company’s cash flow.
1. CASH PAYMENTS:
Clients can make their payment at the agency office and the sales consultant will deliver their cancellation receipt.
If the client wants an invoice, it will have a 12% surcharge.
2. PAYMENT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER:
Customers of Ecuadorian nationality can make their virtual payment through mobile banking.
When they have done it, they must send the proof of payment via Whatsapp to the number of the owner of the agency.

3. VIRTUAL PAYMENT THROUGH WETRAVEL:
Customers who cannot make their payment in cash or by bank transfer, can do so through a link generated by WETRAVEL.
Which will be sent via Whatsapp, in which payment is made by credit card or debit, with an additional surcharge of 3 – 5%, depending on whether it is Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc.
